Q: I'm ordering one of  your Photo Products, how do I get you my photos?

A: You can just email your photos to orders@grinvilla.com before or after you place an order with us, or if you have to, you can mail them to & we'll return them with your shipment.

Q: Can I order something a little different than the samples I see?

A: YES!  The samples are just samples & it's impossible to show you everything!  If you see something you like, but you want a different message, different font, different colours etc. just let us know and we will gladly design your invite, thank-you etc. to suit your needs.  NO extra cost!

Q: Ok, I placed my order, now what?

A: Once we receive your order, we will email you within 24-48 hours (usually pretty immediate)  to get all the details regarding your photo creation: photos, message, colours, etc.

Q: How long will my order take?

A: Once we have your photos and all other details, we will email you a proof within 24-48 hours and after you give us your final approval, your order is processed and shipped in a day or two.

Q: Do you charge for photo corrections?

A: Don't worry, if the photo you want to use for your order, has red-eye or small imperfections, we will remove those for you at no extra cost!

Q: Can you change my photo to black & white?

A: YES, we can definitely change your colour photos to black and white - no extra charge!
